Virlanie Foundation’s 2025 Annual Report theme, “Children at the Core of Our Mission,” affirms the reason behind its every effort: the well-being, education, protection, and development of children and youth living in urban poverty. It reflects Virlanie’s commitment to place children first in each program, decision, and resource, ensuring that its work remains rooted in care, rights, and opportunity for disadvantaged children. This theme also recognizes that while meaningful progress has been made over more than three decades, the work of safeguarding children and helping them grow in safe and nurturing environments continues.

Virlanie Foundation is a non-profit and non-sectarian children’s foundation in the Philippines that supports disadvantaged children, youth, families, and communities through holistic and multidisciplinary care. This 2024 Annual Report presents Virlanie’s work across its residential, community, and street programs, along with shared services in education, health, psychosocial support, family reunification and strengthening, and independent living.
