Joy and happiness emanated from the basketball court in Delpan, Manila, during the Mobile Unit Christmas Party last December 21, 2018. The Christmas Party was made possible through the generous support of our partner, Mr. Oliver Tolentino, a famous Filipino fashion designer.
The Mobile Unit team celebrated Christmas and the holiday season with an afternoon of games, dance performances, and gift-giving to the kids and supported families from the communities. The event gathered 170 children from Delpan, Manila. The children enjoyed the home-cooked meals and gifts provided by the Oliver Tolentino Group.
Virlanie Voices, our children’s choir, performed several heart-warming songs.
The Rising Youth, an organization composed of Virlanie’s young adults, also gave a new, moving, musical performance.
Supported families also came as the Noche Buena packages were distributed at the end of the program. These were donated by Dusit Thani. Thanks to the donations, over a hundred families enjoyed a wonderful and unforgettable Christmas Eve meal.
This occasion made some of the best and most meaningful memories of the year for all the beneficiaries of the Mobile Unit program.
