Larry was an only child of a poverty-stricken family and a former beneficiary of the Virlanie Foundation. Growing up in challenging circumstances, Larry faced numerous hardships and obstacles. However, with the help of the Virlanie Foundation, he found hope, inspiration, and a chance to build a brighter future.

As a beneficiary of the Virlanie Foundation, he was part of the Caress Home. Larry received educational support and a nurturing environment that allowed him to thrive. The foundation’s dedicated staff and volunteers provided him with love, guidance, and opportunities to develop his talents and skills.  As Larry grew older, he realized the impact that Virlanie Foundation had on his life. He recognized that it was through the generosity and support of sponsors that he was able to receive the care and opportunities that changed his life’s trajectory. Determined to give back, Larry set out on a mission to become helpful to others as well.

With perseverance and hard work, Larry pursued his dreams and found success in his chosen career path. He became an accomplished registered nurse, utilizing his education to work in healthcare. As his career grew, so did his desire to make a difference in the lives of other disadvantaged children, just like Virlanie had done for him. With a heartful desire to give back all the blessings he received, he understood the impact that sponsorship could have on the lives of children who longed for love, care, and opportunities.
