The Virlanie Foundation recently hosted an event to celebrate the power of partnership and highlight the impactful work done for vulnerable children and families. The event was attended by donors, partners, and supporters and included a series of engaging presentations and heartfelt messages.
The day began with a welcome speech by Ms. Karen Batungbacal, President of Virlanie, followed by video presentations showcasing the foundation’s mission and success stories. Attendees heard inspiring testimonials from donors and participated in an open forum with Virlanie’s program heads. This provided an opportunity to discuss the foundation’s initiatives and future directions.
A key highlight was the donor appreciation segment, where Virlanie recognized its valued supporters for their generous contributions. Attendees were also treated to a touching performance by “Virlanie Voices,” a group of talented young performers from the foundation. Kuya Dominique Lemay, Virlanie’s founder, delivered a moving message that emphasized hope and the ongoing journey to support marginalized children.
Mr. Jerryl Cuneta, RDO Manager, presented Virlanie’s innovative efforts to sustain their initiatives. The event concluded with a pica-pica, networking, and booth tours, offering an opportunity for informal conversations and connections.
