In a heartwarming celebration of determination, dreams, and academic achievement, Virlanie Foundation marked a significant milestone with its annual 2023 Recognition Day for the residential and street beneficiaries.
The Virlanie’s 2023 Recognition Day includes two separate events, namely, acknowledgment day held for the residential students on July 24, 2023, with the theme of “Batang Virlanie: Masigasig sa Pag-aaral. Tungo sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan” at the Masaya Home. Additionally, the recognition day of street children students was held on August 11, 2023, with the theme of “Batang Virlanie: Kasanayan, Katatagan, Kasipagan, ay Taglay sa Pagkamit ng mga Pangarap sa Buhay” at Aroma, Tondo for the street beneficiaries.
The Virlanie Street Program and Education Support Services serve as a ray of opportunity for children and youth from vulnerable backgrounds, providing them with access to quality education, life skills, and emotional support. The dedication of the students and their diligent teachers, who have demonstrated remarkable passion and endurance in completing their education while encountering challenges that may have otherwise held them back, is acknowledged and celebrated during Recognition Day.
