VFI kids join ‘Doodle 4 Google’ launch

10 July 2014 – Google Philippines launched its “Doodle 4 Google” project at the Mind Museum, Fort Bonifacio. The program involved the presentation of projects, prizes and introduction of judges for the said activity.

The project launch was attended by the Virlanie kids from the Drop-in-Center, Marco Polo Care Center and Ella Yallah Home.


Doodle 4 Google is a competition for students to display their creativity by creating the next Google banner for the website. The competition will be divided into 4 age brackets ranging from ages 5 to 17. The doodle the participants will be making should follow this year’s theme which is, “What Can I Do for the Philippines?” The competition aims to enhance the creativity of the Filipino youth and also to promote nationalism.
