Virlanie Foundation's Typhoon Carina Relief: A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Supporters
In response to Typhoon Carina on July 26, 2024, the Virlanie Foundation launched a successful donation drive, raising cash and in-kind contributions. These funds were crucial in providing immediate relief, including food, water, and shelter materials, to over 2,500 families in the selected communities in Manila, Quezon City, and Pandi, Bulacan. Additionally, the Virlanie Street Program was able to provide school supplies to more than 110 students in Aroma, Tondo. Furthermore, the damaged roof and ceiling at the Virlanie Head Office were repaired. Through transparent allocation and regular audits, Virlanie ensured that every donation was effectively utilized, making a significant impact on the lives of those affected by the disaster.
The Virlanie Foundation extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the donation drive. Your generosity made a significant difference in the lives of those affected, and we remain committed to supporting vulnerable children and families in their ongoing journey towards recovery and resilience.
