In celebration of the Filipino’s Social Workers’ Day last June 19, 2022, ASEAN Social Work Consortium-Philippines and in partnership with DSWD conducted a virtual conference via zoom with the theme “Resilient Filipino Social Workers: Moving Toward the New Socio-Economic, Political, Cultural and Environmental Challenges”. The event also aims to recognize Social Workers’ contribution to social development, and people empowerment, as well as an opportunity to promote solidarity among social work practitioners across various settings.
