The sessions ended with a culminating activity that showcased the children’s learning and insights through group performances and testimonials. Each group sincerely performed their role plays, poem recital, singing, and interpretative dancing.  And the testimonies from the children and house parents were significant in continuing proper monitoring of protective behaviors at home, school, and community. The culminating activity also included a collaborative workshop on child protection both for the staff and children. The workshop asked the questio,n “Paano ma-proteksyunan ang mga bata?” to summarize and reflect on what the children learned during the duration of the sessions. Additionally, the house parents also presented their output showing specific ways and practices to protect the children from possible sexual abuse. The house parents put emphasis on setting healthy boundaries and being a good model for the children. Then, the culminating activity ended with the awarding of child protection advocate ribbons for the children and staff.
